Unhappy Am I in a big trouble?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? MA
I got my condetional green card on 6/8/03 . at that time during the interview we told the officer that we already bought a house one month ago (5/03) . so she recommended on us to apply for( change of address form) .
Directly after the interview we went to the forms desk and the guy gave us (sponsor's notice of change of address !! ) ,
6/11/03 we filled it out and sent it to the immigration to inform them by our address change . we submited this form by both our names . we never get a confirmation notice that they got our changing address form .

today and while i was making a research on line to make sure that my I-751 is complete and ready to be sent to the immigration, I just found out that one year and half ago we (me and my husband ) informed the immigration about our address changing by using wrong forms !!!
( I found out that he should sent sponsor's notice of change address and that I should sent alien's change of address card )

What should I do now ? I am really shocked and confused ?
    - should I submit another change address forms now? or it is too late ?
-should I sent I-751 removal and ignore the wrong form that we submited one and half year ago ?
-should I call the immigration and told them about what happened? whome to call
    Please help

Don't worry about the forms. Just resubmit the correct forms and when filing the I-751 be sure you have a copy of the notification of the new address.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.

    Re

Thank you Lana for your replay .
I was going to sent my I-751 to vermont center today (my green card expires on 6/8/05, so my 90 days before my second green card anniversary is today 3/8/05 )
and at the same time I still have to sent as soon as possible the AR-11 notice of change of address !!!
do you suggest on me to hold the I-751 and not sent it till I will get a confirmation letter from the immigration that they got my AR-11 ?
(like sending I-751 before 80 days of my second GC anniverseray insted of 90 )

or I can send both forms I-751 and AR-11 today at the same time ?
    Thank you

No, don't wait for a confirmation because you will not receive a confirmation of receipt of the AR-11. I would simply suggest sending the AR-11 via trackable service like FedEx so that you have proof of delivery. You can send the I-751 at the same time because the two are going to different locations.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.

    Re

Thank you for your helpful information . I will send tomorrow both forms I-751 and Ar-11.
on I-751 they are asking if my address has been changed since I came a permenant resident ? and about the date of changing the address ?

1-should I attach a letter explanning them that I made a mistake by applying sponsonr changing form insted of AR-11 one and half year ago when moved in to a new house !!
or just simply attach the new address with the date of moving on 8/03 .

2-should my husband apply for sponsor notice of change of address . or there is no need as I already got my condetional green card

    Thank you

Just explain that you did notify them of the change of address (in fact the AR-11 is an ADDITIONAL requirement of notification); what you did initially was also correct. Your husband does not need to notify them of the address at this time.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
