hello i got a question i did come to the us with an tourist visa i 94 and did get married to an us citizien now im 9 months pregnant and dont wanna go back to germany im not overstaying yet.so can i just file for AOS even if we didnt had a fiance visa?thank u

Yes, if you are now married and entered the US on a visa waiver, you can file for adjustment of status within the US.
