What is the name of your state? NY

Hello again!

I read someone else's post about B2 to H1. If I'm under a B2, is the process much different from going from F1 to H1? How does that all work?

Thank you ever so much for all the help!

No, the process is the same, assuming you are applying for a change of status from B-2 to H-1B. In order for the change of status to be approved, your B-2 has to be valid on the date you are requesting the change to H-1B.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
