    Asylum & H1B

What is the name of your state? NC
I came to US as an international student; while doing my studies I applied for asylum, but the asylum was denied. Now that I am finishing my studies I got a job offer that will sponsor an H1B Visa. Question:
    - The position I have been offered requires me to travel overseas. Will I be allowed to do that under the H1B Visa ? or there is a probability that once I left US I won't be allowed to go back and my entrance will be denied, because of my asylum request?

    Thank you.

No, since the asylum was denied, that case is now closed. If you get a H-1B approved, you will need to get a H-1B visa in your passport in order to travel internationally.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
    Thanks,
