My fiancee was born in germany, her father was in the u.s. army but not a citizen. Both mother and father are jamaican born both residing in the united states. My fiancee has lived in the US since she was 1 and now she is 27years old. She was born off the military base in germany. What approach should she take to get U.S. citizenship?

Likely just a straight N-400 application--she is a US Permanent Resident, right? (has a Green Card?)
