Hi... I need some legal advice for me and my wife. I met my wife 2 years ago here in the USA. She was an international student here in USA (on F1 Visa). Her student visa will be expired in the year 2002 but she graduated a year and a half ahead and overstay without practical training and didn't extended her stay. During her oversytay she was living with me in LA County. We got marry 2 weeks ago in Las Vegas.(We are truely in LOVE). Now my wife is in Thailand. She went back a week later (due to family emergency) after we got marry. I want to bring her back here to the USA. What will be the next step? Thank you
