What is the name of your state? OR

Dear Lana,

I've heard from my friend that if someone buy a house in U.S this will give the owner of the house the right to get a permanent residence permit in U.S, is it right?. or If someone have his business in U.S like buying a grocary or loundry of any type of business would he get the permanent residence permit in U.S. is it right?.

Appreciate your advise in this regard.

Thank you.

A relative had a neighbor land owner who was a Canadian citizen. After a visit to Canada, the neighbor was stopped at the border and was refused entry into the U.S. After some effort, the neighbor was granted 30 days in the states to sell the property and move back to Canada.
