Hi,
I am working in US on H1B visa status. My wife is on H4 status. But she got a job offer and my employer has filed her premium H1B visa recently. Can she start working after her H1B Visa gets a approved ? What is the procedure to change the status from H4 to H1B ?
Is the law for this differs from state to state ??
If some states allow to work in this condition, please let me know name of
these states .
