Hi Everyone ,

I am Dardan and i am student in a faculty of applied business, I am 21 years old and i get a J-1 VISA till September , is any chance to stay in USA in legal form i need someone to advice me what should i do to stay in legal form ?
Should i register to any faculty and to get green card or something like that , i don't really know how things works to obtain green card ???


Is any different way except marriage for citizen ?

What are your goals? Are you continuing as a student. Do you want to become a permanent resident? etc...

In order to get a green card, you have to be petitioned by an employer on the basis of a fulltime permanent work offer or by a qualified relative (parent, child, spouse, sibling). To get a more temporary status and be permitted to work in the US, an employer can offer you a temporary position and petition for a work visa. Those are the only ways to stay in the US lawfully, given your set of circumstances.
