changing job location with same employer and approved 140

I currently work in California Bay Area for company X. I have approved I-140 with PD of May 2011. My company has 2 offices within 80 miles of each other. I used to work at one location and intend to work at another location now. My LABOR was filed with one location. Do I need to start another LABOR for the location change even though with same employer? Also according to last visa bulletin, the current date is Oct 2008 for EB-2 India. For whatever magical reasons, if the PD becomes current while my Labor is still in processing, can I still file I-485
