I have a friend who married an immigrant in order to get papers for her. They have a three year old daughter that was born here in the USA. She arrived here in the USA in April on a two year visa. They have now split up and he wants to divorce her. What will become with her citizenship and how does he start divorce proceedings?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
