What is the name of your state? GA

I filed for citizenships on 9/21/04. In July i got a letter that i have to come for citizenships interview on 9/21/05. I came passed test, and than officer told me that they have little problem with my case. They still did not receive my background check from FBI. He did not have any dates when it make come. He said maybe 30 days or 60.He told me to call INS after 30 days. I tried to call INS 1800 # but they do not have any useful information, only saying we cannot access your file and i need to wait 60 days, and than call them. Why did they scheduled interview if they did not have my files ready? How long will i wait? And what do i need to do if i do not hear from them? My girlfriends who filed with me at the same time, they all had their interviews and took an Oath. Please advise.
