I have my friend who did the interview for the citizinship and she is going to have the cermony fot the Oth after two monthes, her question is can she travel overseas during this time and return before the cermony.

Yes, if her passport is current and valid, then she can travel internationally with her green card and passport since she is not a US citizen until after the swearing in ceremony.

Now i have one more qustion , hopefully you can help me with it , my brother is appleyed for the citizenship too, we do not know how long it will taks until he got the fingerprint and the interview fot the citizenship .during this time of waiting is he allows to travel overseas
