Based on your posting, you need professional assistance. Consult with an attorney or a social service agency providing immigration assistance.

The social service agencies such as Catholic Charities (and others) provide assistance based on ability to pay. Check with the community service agency in your area that provides referrals to assistance of various kinds. Look for something affiliated with the United Way as a start or also your local government. Check with the leader of your religious group for additional assistance for locating a group to assist you.

There are many groups that will assist individuals/couples in your situation. Please locate one for the best outcome for you both.
