What is the name of your state? Colorado
Can you please let me know from your experience. My husbund is in detention center for the felony , and since he should serve 1 year and one date it is a aggrevated felony. His status is legal with green card. I am US citizen . Do you think we can get the immigration judge to view our case and see if he can stay in US. Or it will be automatic deportation. I need help or lawyer who can win this case
