deportation question


dear sir
i went to the usa in july 2004 on a visitor visa and i overstayed my visa till i got arrested by the ins after i had a car accedentin november 2007
and in my court i told the judge that i wanted to volunter to go home and he said it is ok since i had a clean a criminal records

during my staying in usa i got sick and went to the hospital and found out that i have a heart problem


now my question is after the voluntary departure ( i got back home b4 i was supposed to and i already withdrawn my bond ) am i barred from entering usa for 10 years ???


if so could my medical condition help me to get back

Yes. You are subject to the 10 year bar unless you qualify for a waiver.

Which Juan are you dumber than, if you can't walk across the Southern boarder and get free medical treatment?
