What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

I was married for 5 years and now am divorced. I have a green card with conditions of marriage. I have filed a petition for these to be removed and I am waiting on my permanent residence card but would like to remarry to the mother of my child here in GA. Is it ok for me to re marry before my interview or do I need to wait?

the 'mother of your child'.. is she a US citizen or from your home country? What's her immigration status in the US?

She is a US citizen. We have been together for a little over a year now.
