What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Rhode Island

I Married a girl on a travel visa. We filled out the application for her greencard and before it was approved I terminated the case (Things went bad and there was a prenup involved) before it was approved. and now she is a visa overstay. We are more or less friends now. We are going to get a amicable divorce in Rhode Island.

She recieved a letter to go home in 30 days which she did not do. We have to go to court for the divorce since its in R.I. My question is what will happen to her in court? Will they look at her visa records and send her away?

Also the Marrige wasn't a sham despite the prenup.

Thanks
