My parents are here on visiting visa. They have return tickets in next 3 months. I want to see if I can apply for them from here only so they do not have to go back to India. I am citizen here.
Which form I need to apply?
I-130 and I-485 or just I-485 for Adjustment of their status.
If both do I have to pay fees for both or just for I-485?
