I'm planing to apply for U.S. citizenship through naturalization.
In the past 5 years I traveled outside U.S. 2 times. First time I left for 5
months(09/25/12-02/25/13) and the second time I left for 2
months(11/17/15-01/13/16) but the other thing I met all immigration requirement.

Thank you

There's not enough information to tell. If you are considered to have resided in the same location during your last (short) absence, you are OK. Otherwise you may have to wait until April 13.

Other than that you've met the presence and residence requirements.
