What is the name of your state? NJ

Hello!

I need advice in this problem:
I have my old social security number since I was in the US on J-1 visa. Then I received F-1 visa, but after coming home to Czech Republic to visit my family, I wasn't allowed to return back to the US. I married an US citizen and now I am waiting to process my husband/wife visa in Czech Republic. I expect to return "home" to New Jersey within a month.

What should I do with my Social Security Number? Can I keep my old number, when my name got changed? Do I have to go somewhere to change it? Is it possible to make changes online so that I have it done before I come to the US?

Thank you for your help.

Hanka
