Does H1B holder with pending I-485 have to have advanced parole to travel?

What is the name of your state? KY

Does someone who has a status of H1B for another 2-3 years, and have filed for I-485 AOS (based on approved I-140), need to have Advanced Parole to travel abroad? I read somewhere, that H1B with pending I-485 and pending Advanced Parole can travel outside and come back on nonimmigrant status H1B. Which makes me think as long as H1B not expired, he/she can travel and enter the country on H1B status w/o advanced parole (which takes time and money)?
Am I right?

As long as you have a valid H-1B visa and an unexpired H-1B approval notice, you can travel on that while your I-485 is pending.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
