My question is regarding the time frame on this question. We are petitioning a parent and he has been to prison but he was released over 15 years ago. In the wording in this question, it mentions "last five years". This is all before the first semicolon, so it seems like the last five years applies to all conditions above it in the text or does it just apply to the condition regarding the spouse?
I know that even if we don't mention the crime here, we still have to mention it in block 41.
