First of all Thanks a lot for all your suggestions. My H1B has been approved using old valid H1B petition from other company which I never worked for and my status is changed from L2 to H1B under premium processing. On my I-797A, at beneficiary place they have mentioned L2-EAD number A# also.
I worked for 2 years on L2-EAD. Is there any specific reason that they mentioned A#.
Since I worked for 2 years on L2-EAD, will this period counts towards my 6 years H1B count. Now I got my H1B till Oct 2010.
