EB2 Eligibility with BSC + MBA qualification

Hi,

I have a situation for EB2 eligibility criteria with my qualifications
as i hv done my bachelors degree BSC - 3 years and MBA - 2 years in India.

I have 8+ Years exp in IT Industry which includes 4 years in US location.

Currently when I asked to my employer for EB2 filing he said that he got confirmation from his Attorney saying that my qualification noway eligible for applying in EB2 category.

Can someone help / share any info on this part, it is really helpful to me at this time.

YOu need to get a credentials evaluation of your diploma and/or work experience to understand whether or not you would be eligible for EB2 filing.
