What is the name of your state? Colorado im an US citizen married to an illegal immagrant from Mexico but i have heavy debt from before i was married including several judgments. ive filed i-130 and they said she wasnt eigble fo readjustment . now we are filing for a visa. my question is:would bankruptcy wreck our chances of getting her legal?thank you

Bankruptcy of itself will not be a bar to your spouse getting legal, but as she's been found ineligible to adjust status, you should find out the financial and other implications of 'filing for a visa'.
