Hi,

I'm a programmer/analyst (4 years Bachelor's Degree) living in Mexico and I'd like to work in USA (major leagues).

My question is:

What's the most reliable and secure way to find out an employer who sponsored one H-1b visa ?

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Juan Carlos Garcia

It does not matter if an employer has ever sponsored someone for a H-1B. This is typically done through an immigration attorney anyway, so even if you find an employer who is not very familiar with the process or has never had an employee go through that process, this does not mean that they cannot do this for the first time with you. If you have any additional questions please let me know.
