Going back to the previous employer

What is the name of your state?
    TX

I got my H1 through company A and left the company as they didn't have projects.I then took a job in company B with another H1. i have worked in the company B for the last three months and now i decided to go back to company A. Will i be able to use my old H1 (which i got through company A). or is there any other process i should go through.

    Thanks

As long as that H-1B approval notice is still valid and there is still a job offer from company A to hire you, then you can simply go back to that employer.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions of if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
    Thanks,
