I got my post graduation while working on full time. I got 2 years experience while getting my post graduation. LC substitution requires Post Graduation with 2 years experience.
Will that two years experience counts.

Post graduation in most instances means experience gained after whatever degree is required. That's why I indicated in an earlier post that I would not be able to advise on this without actually seeing the approved labor cert.
