What is the name of your state? RI
I am not very familiar with legal lingos so I was hoping you could take a look at this link & tell me what you think might be a approximate wait time for my green card. I know it will just be a guess but I will take it. My Labor Certification was filed in the 1st week of Feb under the EB3 category so I am expecting a response from the DOL anyday now. I am from India.

Thanks for your help!!!!!!

The priority dates are all current at this time so you will be able to file the I-140 and I-485 once your PERM application is approved. From there, the processing times will be about 7-10 months, but you can check the approximate processing times on the USCIS website for the particular service center.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
