My boyfriend is the father of my children and is a green card holder. He has to renew his green card in a few months. We had a domestic dispute last month and were both arrested but were released with no charges being pressed against either of us. Will this record of arrest be grounds for deportation???? I am so scared that I am going to lose the father of my babies.
