Hi All,
Following is my case:
I have stamped H1 visa and I-94 till march 2016. i also have an approved I-140 with PD of 08/26/2012
1. Lost job on 10/28/2013
2. Previous employer notified USCIS about my termination on 10/30/2013
3. The last paycheck from previous employer was issued on 11/15/2013.
3. New employer has filed for LCA on 11/26/2013 and will be filing H1B petition as soon as LCA is approved.
Does anyone see any issues with transferring the H1 to new employer?
