H1 Transfer Or new H1-B petition without I-94/paystubs.(Not entered US yet).

What is the name of your state? NJ

I do have valid H1B visa stamped in DEC,2007 .My existing sponsor is a staffing company A.
They are not calling me to USA as they don't have a placement for me yet .
Company B wants me to attend interview & then only they will do my H1 transfer.

My questions are:-

1) will it be H1 transfer or new H1 ?
as I have not entered USA & still in my home country after H1 visa stamping.


2) If it is H1 transfer :-

a) Can I attend interview for company B,on existing Company A's H1-b visa.

b) As,I do not have pay stubs from A,
can I demand a salary from A as my employment date starts from october 01,2007.
Can this salary demand letter use instead of paystubs for filing H1transfer.

3) If New H1 Petition is needed than :
a) could new petition be filed any time of year.( as I do have Vlaid H1 approval & visa)
or
It has to be filed on APRIL 01, only.

4) If I go to company B, Do I Need to pay company A H1visa/lawyerfees,My early US airticket & Hotel stay.

5) As company A has not called me to US & not provided me job .
As employment start date is Oct01 2007,Can I demand salary for last 5 months.
