What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma
I have been working in US on H1B for the last 3 years, now I am planning to move back to India and would like to know:
1) In case I wish to come back to the states after an year or so to work, what would be the procedure for reviving my H1B? Would I have to get a fresh H1B allotted through the lottery system again, or could my new employer just transfer the current one and revive it?
2) Do I need to inform USCIS about the change in address?
3) After how many years of leaving US does my SSN become invalid?
