My company has filed for a H1b transfer. The petition has reached today.
Is it possible for you tell me when I could start working for the new company?
From what i came to know, it seems that we start work has soon has we get a confirmation from FedEx that the application/petition has been delivered, is this true?

It's whenever the company agrees they want to indicate that the petition has been received by USCIS. Some wait for the official receipt notice; others accept proof of FedEx delivery.

So this is allowed legally, if my company agrees.
Is it possible for you to send a link showing this is allowed. Would like to
show this to my attorney.
