H1b Transfer while extension pending

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My current visa will expire by end of November 2009 and my current employer has filed for extension through regular processing. Now i have a got a new offer and this new employer wants to transfer the H1B. Will there be any issues with this transfer since already an extension is pending?
