H4b visas- how hard to get?

Hi,i'm from Romania, and i want to come and work as a resident doctor in US. If anyone can help me, with an advice for a H4B visa for my future husband. How hard it will be for him to get a H4b visa, if he marries me after i had my H1b working visa, considerring we both come from Romania?

It's very easy for him to get a H-4 visa if you are married but he will not be eligible to work in H-4 status.
