    I-130 petition & time

    What is the name of your state?TX

    Hi everyone I having a quick question , I applied for my husband for K3 visa , first I sent I-130 petition ,and I like to know how much approximately do it takes for receiving the answer from the immigration administration ,before Appling for the I-129F
    If any one knows please help me

    You can submit the i-129f any time you have proof of filing the I-130.
