What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? md
Hi all,
Help Please
I got married in 2003 and my husband filled for me everything together 1-130, i-485 …etc.
I got my work permit and have been renewing it since.
We went for interview in 2004 and again in 2006 and both times we were told to wait for a decision.
In the course of the marriage, things started falling a part and my sweet wonderful husband turned in to a devil. Stopped working and got in to drugs full time.
I did everything within my power to help him, but no success as the will was not there in him.
In the last 1.5 years, we were off and on and I still hoped for a happy ending, but drugs took him (died) in October last year.
Now my dilemma is whether to file for an i-360 as a widow or as an abused wife.
