I will be filing my I-751 this coming August to remove the “conditional status” on my permanent residency.
I am still married and I believe the whole process will be smooth.
But (there’s always a but) I am contemplating the possibility of filing bk chapter 7. My husband will not be filing with me. Now my question: can one process interfere with the other? Should I start them together?
Any thoughts / ideas will be helpful.
