What is the name of your state? Outside the US
My USC husband filed the I 130 today and I was ggiven the package to notify when i amready for interview.
According the instructions I do not understandwhen my husband has to submit to the Consulate in Barbados the I 864.
Is it before the interview? or in the interview?
Please help
