Nevada So, I recently got married after haveing been togeather with my girlfriend for 1 year, I basicly came here on a Visa Waiver and I am out of status since August 3rd, 2009. She is a US Citizen and I am a German Citizen. We live togeather and have bills and the lease is in both of our names. I did some research and found out that the forms that need to be filled are:
Besides this what else has to be submited I am very confused?, my spouse also makes less than 35k per year, so some people say I have to submit a Affidavit of some sort along with her last year taxes??? I am also confused as to the exact fees that have to be submited since these recently changed with all the biometric stuff. I would appreciate any help.

There is MUCH more than you have listed for an application for Permanent Residence. You and your wife need a lawyer. You'd be a fool to file those papers without getting a legal consultation about your immigration history first. |

OP, please take evcalyptos' advice; even if you have married for legitimate reasons your prior history - immigration matters, possibly working without authorization - would make it very easy to assume this was a scam marriage to obtain immigration benefits.
