What is the name of your state? Colorado
My company is filing I485 for me and my wife. My wife is also working and she has her labor approved.Can her company also file i485 for her and for me..
please advice

You can only have one pending I-485 at any given time. I would suggest that you can each file the I-485 on the basis of your respective employers' petitions on your behalf so that you are both in the system as having been filed.
