What is the name of your state? californiaHi there,

I need to mail I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-864, since my husband is a US citizen.
My husband can’t be my sponsor since he doesn’t make enough, but my fiend does make enough and willing to sign for me.
What should be my answer to the first question in part 1 on I-864?

Thanks,
Seli.

Your husband, even if he does not make enough money, still has to file the I-864 on your behalf as your petitioner. In addition, anyone else who will be a co-sponsor will need to file a separate I-864 on your behalf and answer the questions according to their relationship to you as the sponsored beneficiary.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
