hi there. i have a friend who entered US legally but overstayed and made hereself illegal..during that time, she bore a child and the child is now a citizen. with this situation, id like to know if the the mother will be deported even with a US citizen kid...what's the law?

Does not matter than the child is a USC. She can still be deported.
