    Unhappy Please Help

I moved over to the usa a yr ago. My dad is a U.S citizen and He applied for my I130 at the beginning of last yr.
I came over on an I 94 from the uk which ran out in feb of this yr, which didnt seem a problem as this is what my mom 2 sisters and brother had done to get there green cards which they now have had for 5yrs.
my paper work got approved a couple of months ago but when it got sent off they have changed my status so now it could take 7yrs.
I was under 21 when my paperwork went in but i was also married so i was put in under21 child of a us citizen. which the ins agreed with and kept me in that section but now thay have changed me to a married daughter of a us citizen after nearly 18months so instead of getting my green card over the next few months i am now illegel and am stuck on what to do can somebody please give me some advice?
