Im currently in USA, DE participating in Work and Travel Program and my visa is J 1.
I need information how can I extend my visa.
I want to stay in the country LEGALLY. Can you help me?
What can I do - where should I go?

You really cannot since this is a limited duration visa for a specific purpose. You can try to change status to a different visa if you have a basis for so doing. Do you have a higher education degree? Do you have any relatives in the US? Please clarify your situation. What country are you from?
