To file the K1 i've to go to another country as There is no filing center in Fiji [only an Embassy]. I as the US Citizen filing for my Fiacee spouse,,, Can I go alone & file @ the neighbouring country where the center is or should i take the whole family? We all live in Fiji for years.

Can i register my out of wedlock child by the above fiancee, as a US Citizen? Thank You.
