L2 EAD Approval after H1b approval

Hello there!

I applied for L2 EAD extension and it is in RFE Response review status. Now, My H1b petition is approved. What should I do with my L2 EAD extension application?
1.Will the L2 EAD extension approval affect by H1 approval?
2.Do I need to cancel my EAD extension application?

You cannot have L-2 and H-1B at the same time. It is either or. If you want the H-1B, then you can let the L-2 EAD lapse. If you want the L-2 EAD, then you need to respond to the RFE and if it is approved, the H-1B will be voided.
