Hi TEam,

I recently landed in US in L2 status.
I have applied for EAD with appointment for biometrics in another 1 week.
I have got a consultancy who is ready to sponser for h1B.
My question is can i apply for H1B when my EAD is yet to come and is in the process?
Will it be a problem for my H1B petition?
